Well… Since this is our Valentine’s Day issue, I figured what better way to get fit for the day than to learn a few workouts you can do with your significant other.

But, don’t wait until Valentine’s Day to get started!  These great workouts can be started immediately leading up to that special day, and can be done anytime thereafter – morning, noon, or night.


Check out a few of these sexy exercises for two (**Workout clothing optional**):

Lap Dance Position – Who doesn’t love getting/receiving a lap dance? You and your partner are guaranteed to have a fantastic time in the privacy of your own home.

Ladies, try doing this exercise by balancing yourself with your arms and hands on the floor first, hold that position for a count of 5 (increase count for more intensity), then use your abs to lift yourself up (exhaling), and grad ahold of your partner’s shoulders for another count of 5. Repeat for 10 repetitions (reps).

Guys, by supporting your partner’s back, you are balancing her entire body weight on your lap with only your arms and legs, so count along with your partner as she works her abs.




Wheel Barrow Position
– Talk about an arm workout! You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even know that you’re getting a workout with this position.

Ladies, perform a set of 10-12 reps of pushing yourself up and down off the floor. Increase the number of reps and/or repeat the set of reps for added difficulty.

Guys, while your partner is doing her push-ups, do squat reps simultaneously with your partner as she moves up and down. Remembering to maintain your balance as you are holding her up.




Reverse Crab Position
– This kinky little position is one great workout. You and your partner won’t know whether to stop for water or…well you know…

Ladies and Guys: Execute this position together; moving upward and downward with one another. Again, both of you can do 10-12 reps of this exercise by counting your upward motions, then starting again in the downward position and count those motions for another set of 10-12 reps.




Remember…stay hydrated and don’t overexert yourselves — because you want to have enough energy to indulge in other activities afterward. (*winks*)
